The company was formed in 1998 in response to a growing need by the aviation financial community for unbiased evaluations of aircraft and helicopters that they were being asked to finance.
The concept was well received and whilst the financial institutions were the company's main focus, the client base was soon extended to include government agencies, insurers, corporations, individual owners and other interested parties.
Additional services were added as Aircraft Assessing Companies ability to satisfy these specialized markets grew. Today, Aircraft Assessing Company is the only company in Africa specializing in its chosen field.
